I've been so busy lately that I've barely had time for fandom or anything. I miss you all and I miss playing here. One of the things that has been keeping me occupied on the weekend is some redecorating and with that comes LOTS of cleaning. I got some new furniture and it's been exciting.

I finished all that last weekend and I thought it would free up some time for me but I've been having some professional growth issues...especially with this new office situation and it's been causing me A LOT of grief. I'm not sure exactly how it's going to work out yet but I'm hanging in there. I'd go into more details but I'm so exhausted over it all. Let's just say that my potential officemate and I don't really see eye to eye on some things and it might be a deal breaker.

I've also been dealing with my dad and his medical issues. I have to say that the VA hospital here in Detroit, works my last nerve. They have to be the laziest, most inefficient bunch I've ever tried to deal with. sighs. Now, we've gone outside the VA and I'm still worried that he's not getting better. I'm so pissed at that woman that plowed into him, while talking on her cell phone. She has really fucked up his mental health progress and I seriously could kill her.


Anyway, all this whining brings me to my goal. I want to jump back into fandom fun and I can't think of a better way to do that then by celebrating one of the best seasons and holding a contest. So please, please, please sign up and let's have some good ole fashioned silly fandom fun!
