Hey guys! You all are really amazing in your generosity and thoughtfulness. Whether you left a message for Xie, donated to the flower fund, or are sending her warm thoughts and prayers, you are amazing.

I have to tell you that I know how hard all of this is on Xie right now and she really appreciated all of your support. So you're all okay in my book and I thank you for being there for our friend. ;)

Anyway, the button is closed. We've raised enough money for flowers AND the bird bath AND some books on tape (or Xie might donate the balance to breast cancer research in her Mom's name).

These are the flowers Red and I picked out (except with more blooms). She got them today and Xie texted me that they are beautiful. YAY!


I'll try to get her to send me a picture of the bird bath in the next couple of weeks.
