HI guys!

I'm sorry I just disappeared after posting all the treats from the FALL CONTEST.

I had some further complications with Champ. He ended up in the ER on Halloween night and spent the weekend there. Then, yesterday morning, I picked him up and immediately transported him to a specialty hospital where he had an appointment with a specialist in internal medicine. (BTW, if you're in Michigan, I cannot recommend Oakland Veterinary Referral Hospital enough.) It was decided by the doctor, myself and my two consultants (my sister and my BFF Xie) that he needed surgery to place a stomach feeding tube. (Supposedly, this will make feeding and medicating my beloved kitty easier and more effective. Please cross your fingers!)

Anyway, I just got the call and surgery went fine. Champ is groggy but awake and hopefully he'll be coming home tomorrow.
